Led by Graham Cottingham, who has over 15 years’ experience in the electrical industry, the team has grown since 2006 through successful apprenticeships. Graham is a fully qualified and NICEIC registered electrician, with over 15 years’ experience in the electrical industry. His ethos has always been to deliver a professional, reliable service – and the respect and reputation that he and his team have built up in the local area over the past 10+ years is testament to that.

Prior to setting up his own business, Graham initially worked as an electrical engineer at an aerodynamic equipment manufacturer, and then went on to work as an electrician with a local firm.

Tim is a fully qualified electrician, having successfully completed his apprenticeship in 2013. Tim joined the company in 2009; we were really chuffed when Tim was nominated by his college for the Apprenticeship of the Year award (Southern Area).

After finishing his apprenticeship, Tim also successfully completed his Inspection & Testing course.

Outside of work, he enjoys working his gun dog, Levi.

Tim joined us in 2014, and completed his apprenticeship in February 2019. He was awarded recognition for his skills when he came 2nd in the World Skills (Southern Region) Electrical Installations competition.

Having two Tims on the team presented us with a small identification crisis, so Tim is officially known as ‘Neph’ (as well as being Tim, he also happens to be Graham’s nephew)!

Liz looks after the administrative and office management aspects of the business, and also health & safety. She will likely be the person you speak to if you call during office hours. A trained nurse, she has also on occasions been given the tongue-in-cheek title of ‘Union Rep’!

About Us

Established as a business in early 2006, we are a small team of reliable electricians who take pride in delivering a friendly, high quality service. We are NICEIC (& therefore Part P) registered, and are also accredited by the Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence’ scheme, so you can rest assured in the knowledge that we consistently provide a high standard of customer service.

Our experience includes complex garden lighting schemes, high-end new builds and barn conversions, retail refits, re-wiring chapels & churches, installing under floor heating, installing wiring for swimming pools & floodlit tennis courts, as well as the more mundane socket moves & light fitting replacements!

We work throughout Sussex, with a lot of our work being in the East Sussex towns of Hailsham, Eastbourne, Heathfield and Uckfield. On request, we may work further afield in London and the South East. Read more about us here.
